Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

Return Shipping Costs

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Return Processing

  • Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change! You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

How to Cancel Your Order

  2. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  3. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once it is delivered.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” in the product description cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are not covered under this policy.
